HI, I’m UYANGA (MELODEE COOL)

Uyanga, Melodee Cool, founder of 77-Day Lifestyle

Born in Mongolia to a family of diplomats, I grew up between New York City and Moscow, a childhood of always landing somewhere new and starting from scratch. I’ve been reinventing myself ever since. For the past 24 years, home has been South Florida: the beach in my motto, and where all of this took root.

I’m not a coach who read about discipline. I built a business from a single kiosk, kept 50 pounds off for a quarter century, started dancing at 44 with zero background, and founded my own dance fitness brand, Belly Heat. I don’t chase trends, quick fixes and shortcuts. I test things first, then tell you what actually held.
