My background is in Information Systems and Operations Management. While most people use those skills to optimize companies, I use them to optimize life. For more than 30 years I’ve been testing ways to make life simpler, lighter, and easier to navigate.

When I wanted to lose weight, I built a system. When I launched my business 16 years ago, I built a system. When I started dancing at 44, I built a system. When I wanted better camera presence, I built a system.

Over time I realized these weren't separate fixes, they were the same process applied again and again. Curiosity gets you started. Systems make it easier. Consistency creates results.

Today I help people simplify life and work with straightforward systems that reduce friction, restore flow, and free up time and energy for what matters most.
