The internet sells 30-day quick fixes that collapse on day 31. I do something different. I pick one thing and get curious - what if I stayed consistent for 77 days and saw what happened? An experiment can’t fail you. It can only show you something. That one shift takes the pressure off, and it carries you through the part where everyone else quits.

Seventy-seven days is long enough for a change to stop being a project and become who you are. And what you’re really building isn’t the habit. It’s the proof that you keep your word to yourself, the most useful thing you’ll ever own.

I was born in Mongolia to a family of diplomats and grew up between New York City and Moscow, a childhood of always landing somewhere new and starting from scratch. I’ve been reinventing myself ever since. For the last 24 years, home has been South Florida, the beach in my motto, and the place all of this finally took root.

I’m not a coach who read about discipline. I built a business from a single kiosk, kept 50 pounds off for a quarter of a century, started dancing at 44 with zero background, and founded my own dance fitness brand, Belly Heat.

I don’t chase trends. I test things first, then tell you what actually held.
